Approx: 2- 3 roasts (approx 2-3lbs each), 3-4 ribeyes, 2 sirloin steaks, 1 pound tenderloin filets, 3-4 new york strips, 2-3 tbone, 1/2 brisket, 2-3pks cube steaks, 3-4lb stew meat & approx 50 lbs ground beef. We do reserve the right to substitute available cuts or +/‐ our ground beef to get approximately 90-100 lbs of our premium, farm raised, no added hormone and antibiotic free, 90-120 day grain finished dry aged angus beef! You can ask us about a specific cut, if it isn’t listed, and if we have it available we may be able to substitute.
