You pick your cuts on a full half beef. We can help you if you need assistance. We will email you the cut sheet the butcher will need.
$6.25/lb on the rail weight/hanging weight. We pay the basoc processing fees!
You pay a $1000 deposit here and your balance will be due when the hanging weight is given and must be paid before ready for pick up, in boxed meat. Usually 2-3 weeks. You can hang it (age it) as long as you want.
Hanging weights on the rail are approximately 400 lbs for half beef.
We will send you an invoice for the balance using the information you provide at deposit checkout, here.
Your boxed cuts, depending on how you order it, will be approximately 200+/- lbs of meat. (*Bone in cuts weight more than boneless cuts.)
